As President of IAHAIO it is my great joy to welcome you to our homepage.

IAHAIO is a global umbrella organization drawing together many associations doing exciting work in the human-animal interaction (HAI) field. We embrace those who are working in research, education, and practice of HAI.
Our mission is to provide international leadership in advancing the HAI field. We do this through international conferences, collaborative projects, and an interactive web-based discussion area.
We aim to help those working in HAI to network together to develop ground-breaking collaborative projects.

Our member groups are leading the world in HAI! Join us and prepare for an exciting journey as we move our field forward in highly creative international ventures!

Next annual meeting: July 8, 2012 afternoon, Barnsdale Lodge, Oakham, UK.This meeting is pre the ISAZ conference in Cambridge, July 11- 13, 2012. For further information see News (Conferences).

Next IAHAIO International Conference will be held at 20 July 2013 (A.G.M., Reception and Poster session), and at 21 and 22 July 2013 in collaboration with the American Veterinary Association (AVMA convention 20-23 July, 2013 Chicago, USA)
