One of the main goals of IAHAIO is to gather together national associations and related organizations to advance the understanding and appreciation of the link between humans and animals. If you think that your organization can benefit from membership of IAHAIO and can contribute to IAHAIO achieving its objectives, then we would be very pleased to receive your application and learn more about your work.

Annual Meeting

IAHAIO hosts an annual meeting and a yearly symposium for its members which all members are welcome to attend. This provides an excellent opportunity to network with other members and find out about developments within the field of human-animal interactions. Organizations are invited to give presentations on their work and there are workshops and excursions arranged for members. These meetings/symposia usually take place in a different country each year. The procedure how to apply for hosting a yearly meeting + symposium will be announced on our website soon.
